The registration phase begins as soon as the paper has been accepted. For the benefit of author’s choice , three  registration tracks have been provided. One has to complete the following FOUR registration steps.

 

The three publication tracks : There are THREE tracks in this conference, (1) IET Track, (2) Elsevier Track and (3)  IDES Track. The authors of LONG PAPERS and FULL PAPERS can either submit their Camera Ready Papers (CRP) and Registration Form to IET Track, Elsevier Track or to IDES Track.  But the authors of REGULAR PAPERS can submit their CRP and Registration Form to either Elsevier Track or IDES Track.

 

The IET track.  The CRPs submitted to IET Track will be published in the conference proceedings by the IET and the presented papers will be available in IET Digital Library and also in IEEE Xplore.

 

The Elsiever track. The print media of the papers submitted to Elsevier Track will be published by the Elsevier Science & Technology and the print media proceedings will be distributed (by post) within 6-8 months of the conference to each of the authors.

 

The IDES track.  The CRPs submitted to IDES Track will be published by the IDES CPS in LSCS Series and made available in SearchDL Library.

Registration also includes conference day lunch and refreshments; but do not include Conference kit and other gadgets.

 

Step 1 - Registration Fee 

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered but limitted to maximum TWO registrations and presentation.

 

The students . The students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Reg, form to avail the deduction. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and Bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution.

 

PAYMENT NOTE: Mention your Paper ID with Conference Acronym or the Registered Author Name at the payment subject.

 

Step 2 - Registration

 

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered but limitted to maximum TWO registrations and presentation.

The papers of quality are assigned to LONG, FULL and REGULAR paper categories  by the reviewers based on the International standards in vogue and also based on the extent of the content revealed. NO change in category is allowed and possible.

Step 3 - Copyright Transfer

 

Authors who are eligible and submitting their camera ready papers to IET Track may use the IET Copyright Form; Authors submitting their papers to Elsevier Track may use Elsevier copyright form, and the authors submitting the CRP and registration form to IDES Track may use the ACEEE Copyright Form.

Step 4 - Camera Ready Paper (CRP) Submission

 

Authors who are eligible and submitting their camera ready papers to IET Track may submit the same in specific IET format; Authors submitting their papers to Elsevier Track may use Elsevier format; and the authors submitting the CRP to IDES Track may use the ACEEE template. The failure in adhering to the specific format norms  will result in rejection. All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted).

Maximum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) for different categories are limited to as follows

 

Initial CRP - Submission 1:- Once your paper is accepted (after peer review) to appear in the technical program and proceedings; submit your CRP in the stipulated format (within 30 days of acceptance) after incorporating the reviewers comment.

 

Final CRP - Submission 2:- During presentation of your paper, definitely you will be receiving many comments from the Session Chairs and Fellow Researchers. You may incorporate such comments and submit the Final CRP in stipulated format, (within 30 days after the conference) before it is finally appearing online digital library and to the research world.
